You can choose to be billed monthly or annually for your subscription, depending on your preference when registering. You can adjust this frequency in your account settings. More details are available on the Subscription page.

Do all plans include features to track my dog's health?

Yes, all of our plans include features for tracking your dog's health, such as tracking physical activity and personalized wellness tips.

How can I create a Jagger.Lewis account without a GPS tracker?

Download the Jagger.Lewis application


Open the application and press the "Start" button, then the "I don't have a Jagger.Lewis product" button. Create your dog's account, then your own.

How do I cancel my subscription if necessary?

You can cancel your subscription within a maximum of 14 days. To do this, contact our support department who will assist you in the cancellation process.

How do I create a Jagger.Lewis account with my GPS tracker?

Beforehand:

  1. Charge your case until all 3 LEDs are steady green.
  2. Download the Jagger.Lewis application

When your GPS is 100% charged, unplug it and open the app. Press the "Go" button, then the "Start" button. Once your GPS tracker has been detected, create your dog's account, then your own.

How do I create my Jagger.Lewis account?

To create an account in your customer area, you'll need the serial number of your case.

You'll find it in its box or on the "my device" page in your Jagger.Lewis application.


To access the "my device" page, tap on my team at bottom right, then on your dog's profile, then on "my GPS tracker". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll find the serial number of your housing.

Once you have your serial number, you can log in to your customer area.

How do I renew my subscription as the expiration date approaches?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you choose to cancel them prior to the renewal date. This option guarantees the continuity of your services without interruption.

Is it possible to buy a GPS tracker with a lifetime subscription?

Yes, after buying your GPS tracker, you can choose between a monthly, annual or “lifetime” subscription with a fixed price. Go and discover its prices on the Subscription page.

Is it possible to change my subscription while in use?

Yes, you can increase your subscription directly from your application or the site dedicated to user accounts. However, it is not possible to downgrade it. If you have any problems, contact our support team.

What countries are covered by the service?

The service covers all countries in Europe.

What happens if I lose connection with the GPS tracker?

If you lose your Bluetooth connection, you won't be able to sync data or start activities with your dog, but you'll still be able to locate your dog via the mobile network. If the network connection is also missing, you can ask the GPS trackers to send its position as soon as it regains a connection, thus ensuring continuous traceability of your animal's position.

Why do I need a subscription?

Your smart collar works like a telephone with its own SIM card, connected to the network to transmit information to your smartphone. The subscription includes all necessary expenses, offering unlimited follow-up and avoiding the purchase of a separate SIM card.
